This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using TradeLink Hub.
This is a draft policy. It must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified UK legal professional before launch.
Acceptable use
You agree to use TradeLink Hub lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or quotes.
- Share contact details outside the platform before a contract is formed (per our communication terms).
- Send abusive, threatening, or spam messages.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to circumvent the platform's payment or deposit system.
Consequences
Breaches may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious breaches may be reported to authorities.
Reporting
Use the "Report" button on any job, message, or review to flag content for our moderation team.
