We display verification badges (Identity, Business, Insurance, Qualifications) only where our team has checked the information. Verified status is not a guarantee of workmanship.
Reviews
Reviews are submitted by genuine customers after job completion and can be reported if inaccurate.
Keeping communication on-platform
Until a quote is accepted and a deposit paid, contact details are hidden and stripped from messages. This protects both parties.
Payments
Booking deposits are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.
If something goes wrong
You can open a dispute or report a problem from your job workspace. Our team reviews each case fairly.
