This Review Policy explains the rules for leaving and receiving reviews on TradeLink Hub.
This is a draft policy. It must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified UK legal professional before launch.
Who can review
Reviews work both ways. After a job is completed, the customer may review the tradesperson and the tradesperson may review the customer. Only parties connected to a genuine, completed job may leave a review, and reviews cannot be self-submitted.
Content rules
- Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience.
- No abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- No sharing of private contact details.
Moderation
Reviews can be reported and may be removed if they breach this policy. Tradespeople may respond to reviews.
